Job Position: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales

Role Purpose: Mostly support in lead management, business development, business strategies, order processing, and customer coordination to ensure smooth sales operations. Need to have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with sales executives to generate and track leads, quotations, and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries related to orders, pricing, and documentation
- Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
- Assist in preparing sales MIS reports and forecasts
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations when needed
- Maintain and update CRM/sales database and reports
- Liaise with production/dispatch for order status and delivery timelines when needed
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and shipment tracking when needed.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination (machine/equipment manufacturing industry preferred)
- Science or technical background preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems
- Robust communication, coordination and organizational skills

Job Position: Service Coordinator

Department: Service

Role Purpose:



Manage pan india service requests, service team field visit planning, spare parts coordination, AMC generation and customer support for feedback to ensure timely resolution of machine servicing needs. Need to have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Log, track, and coordinate customer service/complaint calls
- Schedule and dispatch service engineers for installations, repairs, and AMC visits
- Coordinate spare parts availability and dispatch with the stores/inventory team
- Assist in generation of AMC sales.
- Maintain service records, AMC contracts, and warranty documentation
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and satisfaction
- Prepare service reports (TAT, pending calls, spare consumption) for management
- Coordinate with technical team for escalations requiring specialist support

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in service coordination (machinery/industrial equipment preferred)
- Science or technical background preferred
- Familiarity with service scheduling tools/ERP systems
- Strong communication, coordination. management and organizational skills
