Education Masters (MTech/MSc) or PhD Biotech/Biosciences

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biotech/Biopharmaceutical professional with 2-5years of hands-on experience in technical or techno commercial role having a clear understanding on mammalian cell culture processes, stem cell research and/or biologics process development and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate leads and cultivate new business opportunities for the AOF (recombinant proteins/GFs) and cell culture services vertical in Biopharma, Stem cells, Cell & gene therapy other related markets-both domestic & International.
2. Achieve sales target for the accounts/territory assigned and drive revenue growth of the business vertical.
3. Manage customer relationships and be available to troubleshoot and provide technical support whenever needed.

Manage the existing AOF and cell culture product portfolio and CRO/CDMO projects including regular maintaining and updating of technical information, data pack, collaterals (brochures, presentations, technical datasheets etc)
3. Conduct effective and accurate market research and stay up to date with industry trends, market development and competitions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of technical/non-technical queries, on-time availability and delivery of products to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
6. Continuous reporting to Head of the department-BD regarding all the accounts and projects.
7. Travel for customer meetings and conferences as and when required.
Technical competencies required:
1. Solid understanding of Cell Biology, Fermentation and Bioprocess (Upstream & Downstream)
2. Biopharma research experience highly preferred
3. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders-internal & external
4. Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis using primary and secondary data
5. Basic understanding of Cell Culture processes.
