Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruiting technical and field-service professionals, preferably with experience hiring Pest Control Technicians or similar blue-collar/field-service roles.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Pest Control Technicians and field-service roles.
- Understand job requirements, technical skills, experience, and candidate eligibility criteria.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, local networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on relevant experience, technical knowledge, communication skills, location, and availability.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Pest Control Technician candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Manage interview scheduling, documentation, background verification, offer processes, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure a smooth offer-to-joining process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS/Excel/database.
- Meet defined recruitment targets and turnaround times.




- Develop talent pools for recurring and high-volume field-service requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Pest Control Technicians, Field Technicians, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, or similar profiles will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Good understanding of field/technical job profiles.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
- Good negotiation and candidate follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have previously recruited for pest control, facility management, cleaning services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, security, or other field-service operations will be preferred.
