About the Role:

Hiring Customer Representatives for an US & UK process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who can confidently interact with customers and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Inbound calls related to product or Service query
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Requirements





- Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience can apply
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in day shift
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Immediate joiners preferred
