Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, learner-centric lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Facilitate classroom activities, discussions, and hands-on learning experiences to encourage active participation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students.
- Assess student learning through assignments, activities, tests, and regular observations.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and guidance.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and activity-based learning techniques to make lessons effective and engaging.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, where required.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to plan and improve teaching practices.
- Participate in school events, workshops, training programs, and other academic or co-curricular activities.
- Maintain professional standards,



classroom discipline, and a safe learning environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or equivalent teaching qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, tutoring, or classroom facilitation is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to connect effectively with students.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and student needs.
- Comfortable using digital learning tools and technology in the classroom.
- Creative, patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach toward teaching.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an academic team.
- Freshers with the right attitude and a strong interest in teaching may also be considered.
