- Hands on experience with Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC / Siemens PLC
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, including ladder logic and structured text
- Experience with Rockwell PLC's and integration with another make PLC as well.
- Perform PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting for systems including Allen Bradley/Rockwell platforms or Siemens PLC.
- Ensure integration of batch control systems (e.g., Factory Talk Batch) with field devices and SCADA.
- Review and optimize P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and control logic to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide on-site technical support to ensure timely issue resolution and commissioning milestones.
- Maintain documentation for troubleshooting logs, changes in control logic, and commissioning checklists
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with foreign clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
- Knowledge of IOT , SQL or other digitization tools is a plus.
- Should take ownership of the project .
- Communicate with client to freeze the project requirements.
- Evaluate Vendor Quotations and drawings.
