Role & responsibilities

Resource will support the DSS team working on Blue Yonder WMS projects. Responsibilities include software design, development, support, system integrations, code reviews, and documentation. The resource will work across multiple client projects and collaborate with stakeholders following Agile methodologies.

Additional Details

Work in a team to Design and Support highly useful, reusable, and easily maintainable software components that deliver maximum value to the customer who is implementing/Migrating BY WMS in the Supply Chain IT Landscape. Especially the Customizations or Modifications
Develop and Uplift Modifications in BY WMS Versions 2012 to 2024 Heritage WMS Versions
Ramp up on BY CE WMS version 2025 and beyond in self learning basis in a period of 2 weeks. This is to support customers who want to migrate from Heritage Version to CE WMS Versions using BY Inhouse tools.
Closely interacts and collaborates with Scrum Leads and other team members on requirement gathering, design, development, testing, code review, quality delivery of user stories.
Be a part of the Scrum Calls for each Sprint and Provide Task Updates.




Take responsibility of Mod or Enhancements and Completion till UAT to the customer
Provides excellent customer experience and solution support to BY customers.
Periodically Scale up of Skill Sets to cater to New Technology Needs of the Customer
Involve in Customization Analysis and Estimations (Sr WMS Developer and Technical Architects)
Design the Workflow with the Integrations (Technical Architects)
The candidate should have valuable awareness of BY WMS Processes- technically and Functionally (Inbounds, Outbounds, Inventory Management)
Good to Have -
Usage of GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI etc.

Software Development: Java, Java Script, GIT, Rest API, XML/XSLT, MS SQL, PL/SQL

Application Architecture: BlueYonder WMS - MOCA Commands, PageBuilder, MTF /RF Forms, BY WMS Integrator - IFD-Mappings, Algorithms

Cloud Architecture: MS Azure

Databases Oracle / SQL Server

MOCA, Java, Oracle PL/SQL- Important

Notice period- Immediate to 15 days
