Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
Lead and coordinate multiple high-value civil construction projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Ensure effective collaboration between project teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Drive project progress meetings, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met consistently.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Oversee the overall project schedule, including critical path management, resource allocation, and budget forecasting.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues before they escalate.
Continuously monitor project performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving innovation in project management practices.

Stakeholder & Client Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership,



ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Manage client expectations by providing regular updates on project milestones, risks, and financial status.
Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiating project terms, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and coordinators to achieve project goals.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment, ensuring that team members have the resources and support needed for success.
Provide guidance on professional development and performance management to build a high-performing team.

Contract & Vendor Management
Oversee contract negotiations with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and project-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure the delivery of quality work on time and within budget.
