Role & responsibilities

- Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support strategic planning, decision-making, and business case development.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Identify risks/issues and drive resolution and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure projects align with organizational goals and priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in PMO / Project or Program Management / Strategy
- Experience managing strategic and cross-functional projects
- Solid exposure to KPI tracking, business performance, and management reporting
- Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and decision support
- Strong stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills
- Experience in business case development and project governance
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- MBA preferred; candidates from Strategy, Consulting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology backgrounds can be considered.
