- Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute complex supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive cultural changes within the organization.
- Analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover ratios, and total cost of ownership.
Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective global supply chain strategies.
- Solid understanding of SCM principles, practices, and technologies (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
