Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail and CPR Consultant in Transportation & logistics to drive strategic transformations for clients in the retail and consumer products sectors. With 8+ years of hands-on experience working with clients, candidate should be good in developing tailored strategies and deliver measurable improvements in CPR value chain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Transportation & Logistics Transformation Initiatives

- Drive end-to-end transformation programs across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery for retail and consumer products clients.

Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies

- Assess current logistics operations, identify improvement opportunities, and design tailored solutions to enhance efficiency, service levels, and cost optimization.

Client Advisory and Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with client leadership teams to define strategic roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful execution of business objectives.

Optimize Logistics and Distribution Networks

- Conduct network assessments, transportation optimization studies,



and inventory flow analyses to improve operational performance and reduce logistics costs.

Drive Digital and Technology Enablement

- Support the adoption of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), control towers, and analytics solutions to improve visibility and decision-making.

Deliver Measurable Business Outcomes

- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure delivery of tangible advantages such as cost savings, improved customer service levels, increased operational efficiency, and enhanced supply chain resilience

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail consulting, operations, or industry roles, with proven expertise in CPR areas like innovation, channel strategy, and commercial analytics

Essential Skills and Experience

- Spend time in the Industry and/or industry relevant strategy and consulting landscape
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills for client-facing delivery
