Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant security, fire safety, and administration activities.
- Liaison with local administration, police, and government authorities.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Oversee transportation, canteen, horticulture, and facility management.
- Lead security team and vendor management activities.
Desired Profile:
- Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary) mandatory.
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in security and administration.
- Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry preferred.
