Role & responsibilities
• Perform quality inspection of fabricated steel structures/ Steel Fabrication/ Structural Steel components.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, fabrication processes and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional inspection of structural steel members, assemblies and welded components.
• Monitor welding quality, fit-up, alignment and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to resolve quality issues.
• Review welding procedures, WPS/PQR and welder qualification records.
Preferred candidate profile
Comfortable For Rotational Shifts (9 hours) including Break
* 2-7 years of experience in Quality Engineering
* Experience in Steel Structures, or Heavy Engineering, PEB industry is mandatory
* Good knowledge of quality inspection, QA/QC processes, and engineering standards
* Robust understanding of fabrication and structural quality practices
