Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities for CNC, VMC and HMC machines.
- Visit customers, industries and manufacturing units for sales development.
- Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, calls and other channels.
- Coordinate with Application, Production, Service and Accounts teams for customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments and machine installations.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.




- Maintain regular reports of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and sales pipeline.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of CNC machines, VMC machines, HMC machines, Laser machines, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
