Role & responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into functional analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause analysis to solve business challenges.
- Generate actionable insights and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define metrics and success criteria.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor data quality to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all reporting outputs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience:



3-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Reporting roles.
- Core Technical Stack: Strong expertise in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) and intensive experience building dashboards in Power BI.
- Data Concepts: Good understanding of data modeling, reporting structures, and data warehousing concepts.
- Bonus Skills: Exposure to Python, Snowflake, or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Domain Advantage: Prior experience working in Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Retail, or Enterprise environments.
- Work Setup: Must be comfortable working in a Hybrid mode.
- Locations: Open to working in Bangalore or Gurugram.
