- Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance of all machines and equipment.
- Ensure minimum breakdowns and reduce machine downtime
- Supervise and manage maintenance team (technicians, electricians, fitters).
- Handle breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of operations.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical items.
- Monitor equipment performance and improve machine efficiency.
- Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, SOPs, work permits).
- Control maintenance budget and reduce repair costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and contractors for servicing and AMC.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and MIS data.
- Support production by ensuring smooth utility systems (air, power, HVAC, etc.)
