- Responsible for all legal documentation majorly for the Clients, Corporates, and Vendors (Mail Responses, Representations, Legal Notices, letters) as per the Contractual Obligations /Project requirements of the clients.
- Responsible for vetting and drafting all types of Agreements including MOU s NDA s Employment Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Training/Consultants/Retainer & PR Agreements, Rent deeds.
- End to end maintenance of the agreements from procurement of stamp paper, printing, dispatch and maintaining the Legal Repository.
- Assisting in litigation matters related to the Company including drafting of legal notices /replies /representations, letters, applications, complaints and other briefing documents).
- Case Study for briefing matters to the seniors and conducting researches on various law points and Judgements.
- Interacting and coordinating with cross-vertical teams, and stakeholders.
- Maintaining Trackers and ensuring TAT for deliverables.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and practical exposure to AI technologies for workflow optimization and automated drafting.
- Leveraging AI tools to streamline routine legal correspondence and manage client/vendor queries efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- LLB with PQE of 3-5 years preferably in a Corporate or law firm in the Corporate segment in similar profile
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Good communications skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
