Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for web development, mobile app development, Shopify, UI/UX, AI/ML, cloud, and other IT services.
- Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business requirements, technical needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Present relevant IT solutions and services based on client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations,



and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to prepare accurate solutions and estimates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and forecasts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technology opportunities.
