We are looking for an Evidence Synthesis Lead to provide strategic leadership in systematic literature reviews meta-analyses and evidence synthesis for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead multiple cross-functional projects; manage scope timelines and client communication.
- Serve as senior scientific contact for evidence synthesis (ES) strategy; guide interpretation and positioning of results of systematic literature review/network meta-analysis to mid- to senior-level clients.
- Develop sections of global value dossiers AMCP dossiers and related HTA deliverables.
- Lead proposal writing and identify recent business opportunities to drive account growth.
- Line manage 2-4 junior team members; oversee mentoring training and recruitment activities.
- Lead internal innovation - refine processes templates and methodologies; develop tool roadmaps; lead webinars and demo of apps.
- Identify impactful research topics lead manuscript and podium presentation development.

Requirements

Qualifications





- PhD or Masters in Life Sciences Medicine Pharmacy Biotechnology or a related discipline.

Experience

- At least 8+ years of experience in evidence synthesis systematic literature reviews and HTA submissions.
