Responsibilities

- Design and create a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, standees, banners, posters, advertisements, certificates, invitation cards, presentations, flyers, business cards, books, website creatives, social media posts, WhatsApp creatives, hoardings, videos, GIFs, and other branding assets.
- Ensure all creative designs, content, and artwork are reviewed and approved by the concerned department, authority, or stakeholder before final production.
- Obtain print quantity approvals from the respective Head of Department (HOD) or authorized personnel prior to initiating printing activities.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors to obtain competitive quotations for printing, fabrication, and production requirements.
- Process vendor quotations through the appropriate approval channels and obtain necessary financial approvals before execution.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate production, quality standards, and timely delivery of all printed and promotional materials.
- Manage event branding activities, including the installation, monitoring, and timely removal of banners, hoardings,



and display materials.
- Support institutional marketing initiatives through participation in educational tours, outreach programs, exhibitions, and promotional activities within and outside Bangalore.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual standards, and communication across all marketing channels and materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements, timelines, and project objectives, ensuring effective execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain records of artwork, vendor communications, quotations, approvals, and completed marketing projects.
- Assist in public relations, branding, digital marketing, and other marketing-related activities as assigned by management from time to time.
