Role & responsibilities:

- Lead commissioning and operation of a new Peroxide XLPE compound manufacturing plant.
- Manage production activities, process optimization, quality compliance, and resource utilization.
- Monitor OEE, reduce scrap and downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to BIS/IEC standards, batch traceability, and ISO-QMS documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Utilities, and R&D; teams for smooth operations and current product trials.
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors and operators.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Looking for professionals with hands-on experience in XLPE compounding, plant commissioning, and manufacturing excellence to join an exciting greenfield project in Alwar.
- Candidates having work experience in Cable & Wire Manufacturing, Polymer Processing, Plastic Compounding, XLPE Compound Manufacturing, Electrical Cable Industry will be preferred.
