- Partner with sales, engineering, delivery, and subject-matter experts to create winning solution proposals.

- Build and manage customer relationships across technical and business stakeholders.

- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

- Track pre-sales activities, customer requirements, opportunities, and follow-up actions.

- Support commercial discussions with effort estimates, assumptions, delivery approach, risks, and value propositions.

- Keep current with relevant engineering, digital, and AI technology trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales,



business development, or engineering services.

- Prior experience with an engineering services company, product engineering organization, or technology consulting firm.

- Solid presentation preparation and storytelling skills.

- Ability to translate customer problems into practical technical and business solutions.

- Good understanding of engineering services engagement models, estimation, proposals, and RFP/RFI processes.

- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder-management, and collaboration abilities.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings as required.
