We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Manager for our Mechanical Engineering & Product Development division.
He/ She will be responsible to lead and manage the complete Mechanical Engineering & Product Development Division for all company products, including UAVs, UGVs, USVs, UUVs, robotic systems, payloads, launchers, accessories and associated equipment. The role owns the mechanical product-development lifecycle from industrial design and concept engineering through detailed mechanical design, CAE/CFD/dynamics, prototyping, DFM/DFA, CAM/manufacturing engineering, manufacturing readiness/NPI and structured handover to Production.
The Manager will lead functional Assistant Managers/Leads, build engineering capability and processes, personally review critical technical work, and ensure products are robust, manufacturable, documented, validated and ready for repeatable production.
