Role & responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost statements for bridge works.
- Verify quantities as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site measurements.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills / Running Account Bills to the client.
- Prepare subcontractor and vendor bills and verify quantities and supporting documents.
- Maintain measurement books (MB), joint measurements, and quantity records.
- Prepare extra items, deviation statements, variation orders, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with Site Engineering, Planning, Billing, and Execution teams for quantity verification.
- Monitor BOQ quantities vs. actual executed quantities and identify variations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly cost reports and project cost statements.
- Review drawings and identify quantity changes, discrepancies, and additional works.
- Prepare material reconciliation for cement, steel, bitumen, aggregates,



and other construction materials.
- Support client billing, certification, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain proper records of work orders, amendments, bills, measurements, and approvals.
- Assist in claims and contractual documentation related to variations and additional works.
- Ensure all billing and quantity records are maintained accurately for internal and statutory audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in RCC/PSC bridges, flyovers, culverts, piling, well foundations, pile caps, piers, abutments, girders, deck slabs, and approach roads.
- Knowledge of structural quantities, reinforcement BBS, concrete, shuttering, excavation, piling and foundation works.
- Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing for bridge projects.
