Position Overview
IWP Academy is seeking a professional and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team at the
Janakpuri, New Delhi location. The candidate will be responsible for managing student enquiries, providing course and career
guidance, maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective students, and supporting the admissions process from initial enquiry
through enrolment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a student-focused
approach, and the ability to work effectively towards defined admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle enquiries received through telephone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and other lead sources.
2. Understand the student's educational background, interests, and career objectives.
3. Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, duration, curriculum, fees, career opportunities, and
admission procedures.
4. Guide prospective students and parents in selecting suitable programs based on their requirements.
5. Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective students to support the admission decision-making process.
6. Maintain and update lead records, follow-up activities, and admission status using CRM systems, Excel, or Google
Sheets.




7. Work towards assigned admission and conversion targets.
8. Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
9. Conduct campus visits and provide prospective students and parents with relevant information about the institute and its
programs.
10. Assist students with documentation and other admission formalities.
11. Participate in career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and institute promotional activities
as required.
12. Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with students and parents throughout the admission
journey.

Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, counselling, telecalling, or a related field is preferred.

1. Candidates with relevant experience in the education/training sector will be preferred.
2. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
4. Strong counselling, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
6. Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
7. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in an organized manner.
