Travel: Willingness to travel to project locations across India

Role Overview
The Manager – Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to physical infrastructure projects, from school selection through project completion. The role involves project management, documentation, project tracking, stakeholder coordination and ensuring timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete school selection and due-diligence process.
- Review school requests and ensure documentation is complete.
- Coordinate field visits, engineering visits and legal documentation.
- Coordinate project planning, preparedness and progress updates with the Engineering team.
- Maintain project directories, records and digital documentation.
- Track project progress against approved timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams, Project Champions and other stakeholders.
- Monitor milestones and escalate project risks.
- Coordinate Bhoomi Pooja, inauguration, handover and project closure documentation.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports.
- Maintain project trackers and operational updates.
- Ensure adherence to templates, checklists and SOPs.
- Support automation, standardization and process improvement initiatives.
