Your key responsibilities

- Strong technical grounding in M&A; Tax advisory, including tax structuring and due diligence for complex transactions. Hands-on experience in transaction tax matters across acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations.



Working knowledge of direct tax provisions and their application to corporate and deal-related scenarios. Ability to analyze tax implications, identify risks, and support effective tax-efficient transaction outcomes. Exposure to consulting engagements with a focus on delivering accurate, practical, and compliance-aligned tax advice.
