Key Objective of the Role:

- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing EPC projects within the defined scope, timeline, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, clients, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Project Planning & Execution:

- Manage complete EPC project lifecycle from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, construction, commissioning, and client teams.
- Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and technical specifications.

Project Coordination

- Act as the single point of contact between client, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and execution-related issues promptly.




- Coordinate statutory approvals and site clearances required for project execution.

Cost & Budget Management

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and delivery schedules.
- Review and approve project expenditures and billing milestones.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.

Schedule Management

- Develop and track project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software.
- Identify critical path activities and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction, and commissioning.

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure material availability as per project schedule.
- Monitor vendor performance and delivery timelines.
- Support vendor evaluations and subcontractor management.
- Ensure timely closure of procurement-related issues.

Construction & Site Management

- Supervise site execution activities through site teams.
- Monitor contractor productivity, quality, safety, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with approved construction methodologies.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with project quality plans and client specifications.
- Monitor quality inspections and testing activities.
- Address quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained properly.
