Job Summary

You own new business acquisition across North and East India for Sustainiam. From first intro to signed deal, youll run the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, and close. Youll sell I-REC solutions, carbon credits, and sustainability services to large enterprises, manufacturers, and energy-intensive businesses in your territory.

Responsibilities

- Own the full BD cycle: intro calls, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and manage a territory pipeline covering Delhi-NCR, UP, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana.
- Identify and engage decision-makers: sustainability heads, CFOs, procurement leaders, and energy managers
- Sell Sustainiams product suite: I-RECs, carbon credits, CIP, and EMX (ECAL offered free)
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits across the territory
- Collaborate with the CRM team for qualified leads and the Farming team for post-deal handoff
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM with weekly forecasting
- Represent Sustainiam at regional industry events, conferences,



and networking forums

Ideal Candidate

- Education: Bachelors Degree / MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute
- Experience: 1-5 years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally selling to large manufacturers, industrials, or energy companies
- Skills: Robust presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable with CXO-level conversations, self-starter who can wor independently in-territory
- Tools: CRM proficiency, comfortable building decks and proposals
- Bonus: Network in sustainability, energy, or manufacturing sectors in North/East India; understanding of carbon markets or renewable energy certificates
- Mindset: Hunter DNA. Loves opening doors, thrives on targets, and doesnt wait for leads to come to them.
