Summary:

Everestek Technosoft Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels while maintaining candidate records and trackers.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, reports, and trackers while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, leave management,



and other employee-related processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, HR systems, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment and general HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR-related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
