Job Summary

Cards & Payments Domain: Hands-on experience in Credit and Debit Card lifecycle management, including issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, settlement, card personalization, and PIN generation. Core Modules & Platforms: Deep functional and testing expertise in VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) and IST Switch / ATM Switch integration. Messaging & Simulators: Strong working knowledge of ISO 8583 Messaging protocol, field mapping, message parsing, and execution using VTS, OTS, ATM Simulators, POS Simulators, and Host Simulators. Generic QA Competencies: Expertise in Test Strategy execution, test scenario/case design, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Defect Lifecycle Management, API testing, and SQL/Unix backend query validations.

Key Technical Responsibilities

- Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test suites for complex card transaction flows across ATM, POS, E-Commerce, and Switch interfaces.
- Validate ISO 8583 message streams and backend data integrity across VisionPLUS core tables.
- Identify, log, and track software defects in Jira/ALM, performing thorough root-cause analysis and verification.
- Maintain accurate test execution evidence, logs,



and technical documentation required for audit and quality compliance.

Operational Expectations & Governance

- Quality Execution: Ensure successful test case execution while strictly maintaining organization and client quality standards.
- Work Allocation & Reporting: Adhere to structured work allocations, sprint deadlines, and maintain a clear reporting structure.
- Repository Management: Maintain a clean document repository containing all test results, execution logs, and project-level changes.
- Workplace Discipline: Uphold professional workplace discipline, data confidentiality, and adhere strictly to banking security compliance.
- Status Reporting: Provide structured, timely status updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the Test Lead, Test Manager, and Project Manager.
