Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack GenAI Engineer with strong experience in modern application development and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Java, or C#, hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, Prompt Engineering, and cloud-native application development on Azure.

The role requires building enterprise-grade AI-powered applications, integrating Large Language Models, developing scalable APIs, implementing AI evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver creative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop GenAI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or similar frameworks.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.




- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Integrate vector databases and semantic search capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Create effective prompts, system instructions, and output schemas for AI applications.
- Implement robust API integrations, token management, retries, streaming responses, and error handling.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, hallucinations, and response quality.
- Apply responsible AI practices, governance controls, and data privacy standards.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure environments.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate delivery.
