Sr. Executive - Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end business development by managing inbound leads and identifying recent business opportunities across global markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to drive long-term client partnerships.
- Lead sales discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value research engagements to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare customized proposals, client presentations, and commercial quotations aligned with client requirements.
- Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal research teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and project requirements.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account growth and customer lifetime value.
- Mentor and support junior Client Relations Executives by providing guidance on lead handling, sales strategies, and client communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and improve the overall sales process.




- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3 years to 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in client relationship management, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and managing sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
