Role Overview

As a Senior Optometrist at our Gurgaon center, you will be at the forefront of clinical excellence. Your role is vital to our daily operations you will lead advanced clinical diagnostics, execute highly precise refractions, collaborate closely with expert surgical teams and guide our junior optometry staff in a bustling, high-volume clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Expert Refraction & Vision Testing: Conduct comprehensive refractions, specialized contact lens fittings and detailed binocular vision assessments.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Confidently operate state-of-the-art ophthalmic equipment, including OCT, Perimetry, Topography, Pachymetry, Slit-Lamp and Biometry machines.
- Surgical Workups & Support: Play a critical role in pre-op and post-op clinical evaluations for advanced procedures, including LASIK, Cataract, Retina and Cornea surgeries.
- Patient Counseling: Act as a trusted health advisor.



Educate patients thoroughly on their vision correction options, surgical pathways and long-term eye health.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train and mentor junior optometrists and interns. Ensure all diagnostic devices are perfectly calibrated and maintain the highest standards of clinical accuracy.

Who We Are Looking For

- A qualified skilled holding a B.Optom or M.Optom degree.
- Someone with at least 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience in optometry.
- A confident communicator who can comfort and educate patients effectively.
- A team player ready to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital setting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with pediatric optometry and specialized eye care.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements in optometry practices and technologies.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (especially Hindi or English) will be an advantage.
