Role & responsibilities

- Lead internal and external communications for Regeneron's Hyderabad GCC, supporting employee engagement, culture-building, and corporate reputation initiatives.
- Serve as the India communications lead while partnering closely with Asia and U.S. Corporate Affairs teams; reporting to the Director, Corporate Communications Asia (Japan).
- Manage leadership communications, town halls, newsletters, social media presence, media relations, and executive communications support.
- Drive social impact and STEM education programs through the Regeneron for Valuable Council, including volunteer initiatives, community partnerships, and public engagement activities.
- Operates as an independent Individual Contributor, influencing senior stakeholders, managing the India PR agency, and delivering strategic communications across a fast-growing GCC environment.
- Role will report to the Director of Asia Communications, with close alignment with Global Corporate Communications.





Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of Corporate Communications experience with a strong mix of internal communications, external communications, media relations, and reputation management.
- Proven experience in leadership communications, employee engagement, executive messaging, content creation, and digital/social media communications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, work independently, and provide strategic communications counsel.
- Experience managing PR agencies, media engagement, employer branding, and cross-functional communications initiatives.
- Preferred background in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, technology, consulting, or other highly regulated industries, with exposure to CSR/social impact programs being a plus.
