- Operate VMC machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal errors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, toolings, and production data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience operating VMC machines or similar CNC milling equipment.
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering).
- Solid understanding of VMC machine operation, setup, and programming principles.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and working with various materials such as metals, plastics, etc.
