Job Summary

We are looking for a Principal Evidence Synthesis to lead high-impact evidence synthesis projects, provide strategic direction, and drive scientific excellence in systematic literature reviews (SLRs), network meta-analyses (NMAs), and health technology assessment (HTA) submissions.

Responsibilities

- Lead and govern complex, high-risk cross-functional programs; serve as primary escalation point for delivery challenges.
- Serve as enterprise-level methodological authority; review and approve novel approaches across SLRs, NMAs, ITCs, and RWE.
- Act as strategic scientific partner to senior client stakeholders; shape payer and HTA engagement strategy at asset/program level.
- Drive BD pursuits, scope high-value proposals, and translate scientific insights into monetizable offerings.
- Drive thought leadership - white papers, issue panels and workshops.
- Lead the teams publication plan; represent PharmaQuant at external forums (ISPOR, HTAi, and similar).
- Develop future scientific leaders; manage career growth and performance for direct reports.
- Expand into new markets, therapeutic areas,



and geographies; originate new intellectual platforms and service innovations.

Requirements

Qualifications

- PhD or Masters in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.

Experience

- At least 10+ years of industry experience, with 6+ years in a senior evidence synthesis role.

Skills

- Deep expertise in SLRs, NMAs, ITCs, and global HTA submission requirements (NICE, G-BA, HAS, CADTH).
- Strong statistical knowledge underpinning meta-analyses and RWE study designs.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead multiple projects.
- Track record in peer-reviewed publications, HTA dossiers, and GVD development.
- Commercial acumen - prospect identification, proposal development, and account growth.
- Experienced people manager with a record of building high-performing ES teams.
