Manager MuleSoft / Integration

Must-have skills

- Solid expertise in MuleSoft architecture, API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to lead solution architecture and design discussions, review RAML/OAS specifications and drive design approvals.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, security, scalability, performance, resiliency and error-handling strategies.
- Ability to provide technical direction, review complex solutions and unblock development teams.
- Experience leading integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, databases and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to own integration delivery across requirements, estimation, backlog refinement, design,



development, SIT and deployment.
- Strong client-facing capability to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, communicate risks and drive technical decisions.
- Experience managing and mentoring integration teams while ensuring adherence to engineering and quality standards.
- Good understanding of Anypoint Platform governance, API Manager, CloudHub and CI/CD/DevOps practices.

Nice-to-have skills

- Experience defining reusable integration assets, standards, playbooks and accelerators.
- Exposure to AI-enabled integration, MuleSoft MCP/Agentforce and automation use cases.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation and team leadership skills
