Role & responsibilities

Legal Due Diligence for Mainboard IPOs. Preparing complete DRHP / RHP. Coordinating with Issuer Company and Merchant Banker.

Preferred candidate profile

LLB or CS qualication. Experience of having carried out Legal Due Diligence, preparing DRHP, addressing queries of Stock Exchange and SEBI in respect of Mainboard IPOs. Past experience of having successfully executed the work in respect of at least 5 Mainboard IPOs is essentially required.
