About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content & Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Experience Requirement

- Minimum 3 years of experience in content/social media management with a proven track record of driving measurable growth, engagement, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) full creative ownership from idea to final cut, not restricted to a single brand style or template
- Design and edit visual content using Canva or any other design/editing tool of choice
- Write engaging captions, copy, and content briefs
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and optimize content strategy accordingly




- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) and brand reputation online
- Coordinate with influencers/creators when required

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
- Hands-on video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, etc., tool flexibility is welcomed, not restricted
- Ability to conceptualize and produce content independently, without being confined to a predefined brand template or style
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset to interpret engagement/performance data
- Portfolio of past work (reels/content) is mandatory
