Job Position: Electronics Engineer

Department: R&D; / Production

Role Purpose: Design, develop, and support electronic assembly for different types of plastic welding machines, and provide technical support during production and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test electronic assembly for different types of plastic welding machines, generators, controllers, and PCBs
- Work on R&D; projects to improve existing products and develop new machine models
- Prepare circuit diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Select components and coordinate with vendors for procurement of electronic parts
- Support in assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies
- Conduct quality checks and calibration of any system.
- Identify and resolve electronic faults during production and after-sales service
- Work on PLC, firmware/embedded systems (if applicable) in coordination with software team




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (CE, ISO, etc.)
- Maintain records of testing, design changes, and version control
- Assist in coordinating weekly meetings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma)
- 1 to 6 years of experience in electronics design, preferably in industrial machinery industry
- Solid knowledge of power electronics, electronic componenets, PCB design, microcontrollers, and analog/digital circuits
- Hands-on experience with tools like Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Soldering, PCB design software (Eagle/Altium/OrCAD)
- Good leadership, problem-solving and documentation skills
