Mandatory Skills

- 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Management Support, or a similar role.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, MIS, status reports, and project documentation.
- Support project teams in day-to-day project coordination and tracking activities.
- Monitor project activities and proactively follow up on pending tasks and action items.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively with project team members and relevant stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoM), project reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Track project progress against agreed timelines and highlight deviations.
- Identify delays, gaps, dependencies, and potential risks and escalate them appropriately to the concerned stakeholders.
- Support project managers in maintaining project governance and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and ensure action items are documented and followed up.
- Maintain project-related information in Azure DevOps and other project management/ticketing tools.




- Ensure project information and documentation are maintained accurately and updated on time.
- Assist in preparing management-level reports and presentations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic understanding of Project Management concepts and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management/ticketing tools.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach toward follow-ups and action tracking.
- Ability to identify project delays, gaps, and risks and escalate them appropriately
