1. Plan, develop and procure materials and parts in a timely and cost-effective manner, while maintaining required quality standards and specifications.
2. Develop and implement SCM risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
3. Manage and monitor SAP MM / SAP HANA activities related to material management and procurement.
4. Prepare and analyse reports using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Schedule, expedite and coordinate the delivery and movement of critical materials, including material transfers and conditional material releases.
6. Analyse inventory levels to increase inventory turns, reduce rejections and optimize customer service.
7. Monitor in-house inventory movements in line with production plans.

Evaluate and compare supplier prices, specifications and delivery timelines to identify suitable suppliers.
9. Coordinate with users, vendors and relevant stakeholders to address defective or unacceptable materials/services and identify root causes.
10. Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve supplier and material-related issues.
11. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality, cost and timely availability of materials.
12. Candidates with experience in the Home Appliances Industry will be preferred
