Project Manager

Location: Sector 90, Noida

Experience: 8 - 14 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Project Planning & Execution across interior, retail, and residential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
- Oversee Interior Fitout and Retail Fitout projects from concept stage to final handover, maintaining design intent and finish quality throughout
- Manage Residential Projects with close attention to client expectations, scope control, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate MEP and HVAC works, liaising with specialist subcontractors to ensure seamless integration with fitout activities
- Supervise Painting & Flooring execution, ensuring correct material application, surface preparation, and finish standards on site
- Prepare and review BOM & BOQ, ensuring accurate material takeoffs, cost estimation, and procurement alignment
- Enforce Material Quality Control at every stage from vendor supply to on-site delivery and installation




- Drive Site Management and day-to-day Site Coordination, resolving on-ground challenges proactively to keep projects on track
- Lead Team Management across multi-disciplinary site teams, allocating responsibilities and maintaining productivity and accountability
- Handle Vendor Management & Coordination sourcing, negotiating, scheduling, and monitoring vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle
