Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise CCTV Sales Manager to drive sales of CCTV, video surveillance, and security solutions through system integrators, dealers, consultants, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of CCTV cameras, NVR, VMS, and surveillance solutions.
- Develop and manage system integrators, dealers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Generate new business through market visits, customer meetings, references, tenders, and channel networks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals with the pre-sales team.
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in CCTV / Video Surveillance / Security Systems / ELV Sales.
- Experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales and Channel Sales.
- Good understanding of IP CCTV, NVR/VMS, PoE, networking, and access control.
- Experience working with System Integrators, Dealers, Consultants, EPCs, or Enterprise Customers.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.
