About the Role : We are looking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver high impact training programs aimed at enhancing the employability, communication, and professional skills of learners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a solid training background, and the ability to engage diverse groups of participants.

Role & responsibilities :

- Conduct soft skills, communication, and employability training sessions for students and job seekers.
- Deliver training on topics such as:

Spoken English and Business Communication

Interview Skills and Group Discussions

Personality Development

Workplace Etiquette and Professional Conduct

Presentation Skills

Teamwork and Leadership

Time Management and Problem-Solving

Develop training content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.

- Monitor participant progress and provide individual coaching and feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, placement teams, and center staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Participate in training-related events, workshops,



and stakeholder meetings.
- Travel to project locations as required for training delivery and monitoring.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online meeting platforms, presentations, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or higher qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably in soft skills, employability skills, corporate training, or education/training projects. • Experience working with youth, students, or workforce development programs will be preferred.
