Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
- Build, maintain, and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following coding best practices.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and internal systems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17+).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.




- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and REST API development.
- Valuable understanding of Hibernate/JPA and object-relational mapping concepts.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
- Proficiency with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of caching technologies such as Redis.
- Familiarity with security frameworks including OAuth2 and JWT.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
