The Security Operations Manager will oversee all security deployments within an assigned region, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and team efficiency. This role requires solid operational expertise and the ability to manage large, distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all security operations across 50-200+ client sites in the region
- Drive manpower planning, deployment, and retention
- Conduct regular client visits and QA audits
- Handle escalations, incidents, and crisis management
- Collaborate with HR and training teams for workforce development
- Monitor compliance with PSARA, labour laws, and client SLAs
- Prepare monthly performance reports and MIS for senior management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Security Management preferred
- 7-10 years in security industry with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Familiarity with PSARA Act, ESI, PF, and other labour compliances
- Strong client management and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with workforce management software is a plus
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
