The prospect: Assistant Manager-National-Assurance-ASU - Audit - Audit Services - NCR

ASU - Audit - Audit Services:

Service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFaccounting & implementation support, etc.

Responsibilities

- Keep track, understand and analyze regulatory updates issued by ICAI, NFRA, MCA, SEBI, and other regulators.
- Assist in inspection-related activities, including collation of information required by regulator and tracking of responses.
- Support seniors on compliance activities, regulatory filings, documentation and reporting.
- Assist with firm and partner rotation requirements, regulatory inspections and internal audit quality reviews.
- Contribute to content development for technical training programs, practice alerts and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support audit quality initiatives,



monitoring activities and testing of tools and enablement initiatives across the Firm.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant

Experience

- 3-5 years
