Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure optimum uptime of foundry equipment including:
- Induction Furnaces and its cooling system
- Sand Plant Equipment like shake out, pneumatic conveying systems, sand cooler, Mechanical Reclamation System (MRS), Thermal Reclamation System (TRS)
- Quick Loop Line Machines (Transfer cars, roll over, stripping device, powerized roller conveyors, mould curing oven, mould coating station, shake out, mould pusher)
- Sand continuous mixers
- Shot Blasting Machines
- Dust Collection Systems
- Screw Compressors
- Material Handling Equipment like EOT cranes, Jib Cranes, Gantry / Goliath cranes, under slung cranes
- Cooling Towers and Pumps
- Fettling and grinding equipment like Flexible shaft grinders, Die grinders, pedestal grinders
- HT & LT switch gears like VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors





- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain maintenance history records and equipment performance data.

Breakdown Management

- Attend critical equipment breakdowns and restore equipment in minimum time.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.

Utility & Infrastructure Maintenance

- Ensure reliable operation of utilities such as:
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- DG Sets
- Air Compressors
- Cooling Water Systems
- Weigh bridge system
